After reinstalling Photoshop many times, I have finally figured out the problem. My computer is a piece of rubbish. I designed this new release on a friends computer for the website fuckingaround.info. Once again, I am not completely satisfied with my creation, but it looks alot better than using a default design from Entrecard (they were doing that, it looked awful. The text ran off of the image, and it was hard too read.) Without further ado, here it is!

To all of the remaining readers and bloggers that visit my website, I have to apologize for the lack of updates. My last post was 12 days ago, far far too long. Now, let me explain why I have not been posting.

During the past few weeks, I have noticed that MySiteComeTrue.com is extremely slow. I do not know why this is so, so I contacted customer support at Globat.com (my webhost). They told me that my site was loading perfectly fine and at a nice speed for them. I have had many problems with them in the past, so I am asking all of you out there. How long does the average page load of any of the /blg/ parts of this site take to load? Is it too long or normal speed? It may just be my connection, you never know. Anways, this seriously discouraged me.

Also, during the last few weeks I have started doing other things that do not pertain to this website in any way that have distracted me from this blog. I have gotten a handle on these things, so they may not be much of a problem in the future.

Finally, I was discouraged by the amount I had earned from adsense from a whole month of advertising. All of that work amounted to just under $8.00 in earnings. This was hardly enough to cover my site cost for a month. So, once again, I am in the hole another few dollars.

Anyways, thank you for your time, I hope to resume my posting ASAP.

On a side note, Photoshop is not functioning correctly at the moment, so I will not be able to release a new PSD for a few days (unless I can figure out the problem faster.)

Many users like this template, but there are a few key problems with it. First, it cuts of a bit of text in some browsers. Second, it is hard to edit. It took me a while to get the side bars to look right, and even that was barely achieved. Finally, this was a free template released to the public. Many other sites probably have this template, making this site look, well, unoriginal.

This brings me to all my fellow readers/bloggers/designers. I am in desperate need of a new theme. It needs to be unique and easily editable. I would hope it has a somewhat similar color scheme. I know custom Wordpress themes can go for $50-$1000+ dollars, but I am hoping someone here would be generous. If I get no replies, I will make one myself. However, that would take at least a month due to the coding and the lack of time I have for it.

This design is different from the other designs in the way that this one was not made by me. This design obtained from a member at another website for full rights, including distribution and editing. Also, to edit the text on this design, you must download the 28 Days Later font.

You can download it HERE. You are free to edit it for your site, however, you are not allowed to sell or claim (in any way) this piece as your own original work in original or an altered form. Every part of this is owned by me. If you need any help, do not hesitate to ask.

Many people these days are shifting to computers and the internet and missing out on the real beautiful things in life. Sometime today (or tomorow, due to the time) take yourself away from the computer for a few hours. Go out to eat or just for a stroll in a local park. It keeps you in touch with yourself . Isn’t it about time you gave your clicking finger a rest?

I have just acquired resell and distribution rights to a Yahoo Answers marketing ebook, and I thought it would be nice to share it with my readers. You may show this to your friends, but you may not link directly to the ebook. Please link to this post or the homepage. Also, you may not redistribute in any other way and I make no guarantees on the accuracy of this e-book.

The e-book is hosted HERE. Please tell me what you think about it and how it worked out for you via comment.

As you may or may not have noticed, politicians are speaking out against certain videogames as ‘violent’ or ‘obscene’, while books or movies of the same nature are not being treated the same. As gamers, casual players and (some) developers, we need to speak out to our politicians to let them know that we will not take this.

Games should not be singled out in a way that no books or movies are. You may wish to sign up for this “Video Game Voters Network” to receive information on what you can do to prevent these games from disappearing. They give you the resources and the information you need to help speak out and finally get something done about this problem. Remember, videogame education, not regulation! I know this post seemed somewhat random, but I just came across this and thought that it was a good cause. Feel free to comment about the Video Game Voters Network here.
